- Expedited Shipping:
- Rate: $12.99
- Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days, depending on your location.
Order Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 3-5 business days before dispatching.
Order Status Updates
You will receive email notifications for any status changes in your order, including a tracking number. You can track your package either through our website or the carrier's official website.
Split Shipments
If your order contains items from different warehouses, you will receive separate shipping details for each item via email.
Return & Exchange
Return Time
You can return your purchased items to us within 15 days of receiving the goods. The specific return address will be provided by customer service.
Return Cost
Returns are free of charge in the following cases:

For other cases, you need to bear the round-trip shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned goods, the refund will be refunded to the original payment method of the order. Due to different bank policies, the refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
If you need to exchange goods, please contact customer service at service@frragran.com to submit a request within 15 days of receiving the goods. After receiving your return, we will re-ship.
For exchanges, you may need to bear the round-trip shipping costs.
Fair Use Policy
If we find unusual return or exchange behavior, we may reject further applications. In this case, the returned goods will not be refunded or exchanged, and we will not bear any losses.
Notes
Only one exchange can be requested per order.
If the item you wish to exchange is sold out, the exchange request may not be accepted.
Customers are required to ship the item to the specified address. Return information will be provided by email. We will arrange a full refund after we receive the return.
When returning items, please indicate the order number on the outside of the package.
Returned items must be in new condition, not worn, washed or altered.
