Order Processing Time

If you need to exchange goods, please contact customer service at service@frragran.com to submit a request within 15 days of receiving the goods. After receiving your return, we will re-ship.
For exchanges, you may need to bear the round-trip shipping costs.
Fair Use Policy
If we find unusual return or exchange behavior, we may reject further applications. In this case, the returned goods will not be refunded or exchanged, and we will not bear any losses.
